Prepare materials

Cut tofu into cubes, mince green onions, and shred ginger

Wash the pot, heat it up, pour in appropriate amount of oil, add onions and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant

Add tofu

Pour in water level with the tofu

Add light soy sauce and dark soy sauce, cover and simmer over high heat for 5 minutes
