Bean dregs braided bread
Overview
Bean dregs and bread are one Chinese and the other Western. These two seemingly incompatible ingredients can still be perfectly combined and blended together. Bean dregs are rich in dietary fiber. Although the taste is rough, when paired with other ingredients, not only do you not feel its roughness, but you also get the nutrients into your stomach unknowingly.

Steps
-
Pour the filtered bean dregs into the bread bucket
-
Put all the ingredients except sesame seeds into the bread bucket and start the dough kneading process for 2 times (a total of 40 minutes)
-
After kneading, the dough can be pulled out of the glove film (you can vaguely see the particles on it, which are bean dregs)
-
Let it rise to 2-2.5 times its original size at room temperature
-
Take it out and knead it thoroughly on a chopping board. Deflate the air and divide it into small pieces of suitable size. Roll each group of three into long and thin strips as shown in the picture
-
Like braiding hair
-
After braiding, pinch both ends tightly
-
The prepared green embryos are placed in a greased baking pan and served for the second time
-
After the second hair is done, brush the surface with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds
-
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees in advance and bake for 25 minutes on top and bottom heat. After baking, take it out and let it cool.
