Prepare the ingredients, let the mushrooms rise, blanch the tomatoes in hot water and peel them.

Cut all ingredients into cubes and set aside

Pour cooking oil into the pan and stir-fry until cooked, add a small spoonful of sugar, soy sauce and appropriate amount of salt.
