Wash the chicken legs and cut them in the middle to make them more flavorful.

Add a spoonful of cooking wine.

Add a spoonful of white pepper.

Marinate the chicken legs for 20 minutes and prepare the ingredients.

Preheat the oil in the pan and add the chicken legs to fry.

Remove the fried chicken legs and set aside.

Preheat the oil in the pot, add rock sugar, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, add chicken legs and stir-fry.

Pour in a spoonful of cooking wine.

Pour in two tablespoons of light soy sauce.

Pour in a spoonful of dark soy sauce.

Pour in enough warm water to cover the chicken legs and bring to a boil over high heat.

Bring to a boil over high heat, add 1 tablespoon of chicken powder and 1 tablespoon of salt, turn to low heat and simmer for 30 minutes.

Serve on a plate and sprinkle with white sesame seeds (because I ran out of scallions at home, forgive me for adding green peppercorns for decoration).
