Clean one bream

Green onions, ginger, garlic and millet are ready

Remove the head and tail of the bream and cut it into slices. Do not cut off the belly

Add salt, cooking wine and ginger slices and marinate for 10 minutes

Prepare a large plate, add a layer of shredded ginger and green onions, arrange the marinated fish in a flower shape in the natural direction, and place the fish tail next to the fish head

Place carrot slices, millet pepper rings, green onions, ginger and garlic cloves on each fish fillet, and top with oil and light soy sauce. Bring the water in the steamer to a boil, put in high heat and steam for 5 minutes, turn off the heat, and simmer for two minutes without opening the lid
