Yogurt apple buns
Overview
Stuff the apples into the bread, which is shaped like apples and oozing with tangy yogurt flavor. The first thing that attracted me was the apple shape. Date meat is made into apple handles and round apple bodies. There are also diced apples fried in caramel color in the belly, which not only resembles the appearance, but also has the connotation of apples. I’m too lazy to look for paper molds, silicone molds are pretty good too. The soft silicone mold cannot define the shape of the apple. The dough grows on its own, whatever you like. Real apples are not always round. This looks interesting. . .

Dough: 138g high-gluten flour, 38g yogurt, 1.5g dry yeast, 12g egg liquid, 10g fine sugar

Pour all the dough ingredients into the bread machine and start the dough mixing process.
