Steamed mooncakes
Overview
I took these photos during the holidays, and I’m just sorting them out now. I’m so lazy. Hee hee ~ Mid-Autumn Festival on August 15th, enjoy the moon and eat moon cakes. Every time my family's steamed mooncakes are very popular, my children will say, "Mom, the steamed mooncakes you make are so delicious that they can't stop eating."

Ingredients
Steps
-
Pour the prepared ingredients into the pot and stir-fry over low heat until cooked and chopped. (Dried fruits can also be other kinds, choose according to your own taste).
-
Mix the required sugar and cooking oil and set aside.
-
Well-risen noodles.
-
Divide the mixture into round slices.
-
Place the filling on the pie, adding a little more filling.
-
Continue to roll out the dough and add fillings. I made two layers (if you want to make multiple layers, just repeat steps 4 and 5).
-
Cover the skin and pinch it tightly for the last time to prevent the filling from leaking.
-
After pinching it tightly, find a long and beautiful octagon to make a pattern, which is quite unique.
-
Knead the edges into a jagged shape for a beautiful shape; after shaping is completed, place it on a steamer to rise for 20 minutes.
-
Wake up and steam over high heat for 20 minutes!
-
It’s steamed! Cut it into a triangle and try it, it’s so delicious😋!
