Sausage Laced Prawn Pizza
Overview
In the 2015 Spring Festival Gala, I made braised naan pizza at home! After brushing with honey water, the edges of the crust are crispy, which is really good!

Put the main ingredients into the bread bucket

Start the kneading process and form a dough, start the fermentation process until it doubles in size, take out the air and knead again until smooth

Cut off one third

Roll out into a round the same size as a pizza pan

Roll out the other third of the dough into a long strip and wrap it with sausage, and roll up 4 ham sausages in 2 times

Cut into 2cm pieces

Brush the pizza pan with oil, put in the rolled dough, brush the edges of the dough with water, and arrange the cut sausage segments around the dough. Use a fork to make a small hole in the center

Place in the oven to ferment for 20 minutes

Marinate the shrimps with cooking wine, black pepper, and salt for a while. Add some olive oil to the pot and stir-fry the shrimps until they change color and become tender. Set aside

Cut the bacon into small pieces, then add the mixed vegetables and bacon to the pot, stir-fry and set aside

Spread homemade pizza sauce in the middle of the fermented dough, and brush honey water around it

Bake in the preheated oven at 210 degrees for about 10 minutes

After baking, take it out and put mozzarella cheese in the middle

Top with cheddar cheese slices and shrimp

Place the sliced green pepper rings, top with a layer of mozzarella cheese and sprinkle with pizza grass

Bake in the oven at 210 degrees for about 5 minutes
