  3. Soak the white fungus in advance, then tear the white fungus into small pieces and set aside

  4. Red dates, water chestnuts, mung beans, barley, and white fungus were put into the stew pot in sequence. Since some of them were not photographed, I made do with them☺️. I chose the dessert item in the stew pot and simmered it for 3 hours
