Shredded beef and radish

Facing the big fish and meat on the sumptuous New Year’s Eve dinner, there is always a voice in my heart calling: Please give me some vegetarian dishes, preferably spicy and sour pickles. I like to make some simple side dishes, mainly because such home-cooked dishes suit my own appetite, and secondly, they are easy to operate. They are what is said to be economical and affordable dishes. Today I will make a simple side dish to decorate the sumptuous New Year’s Eve dinner table. Beef calms the body and replenishes qi, strengthens the spleen and stomach, and strengthens muscles and bones. White radish contains mustard oil, amylase and crude fiber, which can promote digestion and enhance appetite. White radish is pungent and sweet, cool in nature, and enters the lung and stomach meridian. It is a good food therapy product. The Compendium of Materia Medica is called the most beneficial vegetable. The combination of meat and vegetables, nutritional harmony is always the king of health.

Cut the beef tenderloin into strips, add a tablespoon of cooking wine, a little light soy sauce, appropriate amount of starch, mix well and marinate for 20 minutes.

Peel the white radish, cut into strips and set aside.

Prepare the sauce: Pour 2 tablespoons of cooking wine into a clean small bowl.

When the pan is hot, pour in the vegetable oil. When the oil is hot, add the radish strips, stir-fry briefly, and add a little white pepper.
