Braised old fish with soy sauce
Overview
I came across wild old man fish at the market and bought 2 pounds. The fish is small and suitable for braised in sauce. I removed the fish head, cleaned it and stewed it in sauce. Even the bones are crispy, the sauce is fragrant, the meat is tender, the taste is delicious, and the nutritional value is higher than other fish.
