【Tianjin】Spicy Four Treasures
Overview
This is a popular dish in Tianjin. The auspicious dish names go well with the festive atmosphere of the Spring Festival. Good ingredients are also good for conditioning your body during the holidays. The four treasures are four kinds of ingredients: yuba, mushrooms, carrots and beans. Most restaurants sell it, so I learned how to make it. The food tastes good, but the color is a little darker.

Soak the yuba in advance. Wash mushrooms, carrots and beans

Cut the yuba into sections and the shiitake mushrooms into slices
