Matcha Double Dorayaki
Overview
What should you do when you want to eat bean paste filling? Wouldn’t it be a bit monotonous to eat it with a spoon? So I made some dorayaki with matcha powder added, then added a thick layer of bean paste in the middle of the cooked dorayaki, and added some peanut butter. It has a double texture and feels great!
