How to cook Steamed Pork at home

Ingredients
Steps
-
Cut the pork belly into 0.3 cm thick slices
-
Add sweet sauce, bean curd water, ginger, onion, garlic, cooking wine, and chili oil (you can also add salad oil if you are afraid it will be too spicy)
-
Stir evenly and let it sit for half an hour to make the meat more flavorful
-
Apply a layer of sugar color to the bottom of the bowl (it doesn't matter if you don't have it, the sugar color is the fried rock sugar and water mentioned in my sweet and sour pork ribs) and arrange them one by one in the steaming bowl. Other containers can also be used, and the meat can be placed in any bowl
-
Put the peas into the bowl where you just mixed the meat, add some onion, garlic, salt, 2 tablespoons of salad oil and an appropriate amount of rice flour and mix well
-
Put the peas on the meat slices and prepare to be steamed
-
Steaming! It's the same whether it's steaming with cold water or boiling water. Anyway, it can be steamed for 50 to an hour after the water is boiled.
-
Steam it and put it into a plate
-
My steamed pork is spicy, bright red in color, and fragrant with peas. It’s so delicious!
