Spiced edamame
Overview
My parents have been farmers all their lives, so they grow a lot of food at home. When the soybeans are not completely old, my mother will pick a lot and cook them. They are used as snacks for my mother and as snacks for us. She will cook a pot at a time. On the dining table, the family ate deliciously and lived a simple and happy life. Now that I am married and have children, I have become the cook of my small family. I always want to be hands-on when it comes to eating, so I cooked a pot myself and ate it all at once with my father who loves edamame.
