Put the eggs in the pot, add water, and pour in the seasonings. Add dark soy sauce to adjust color, and add 2 tablespoons of salt.

Cook over high heat for 5 minutes to ensure the egg liquid is solidified. Crush it with a spoon and cook over low heat for 10 minutes. It can be soaked properly to add more flavor. But don’t cook it for too long. If the eggs are small, it will be too salty if you cook it for too long.

It's ready to eat. I took a lot of it to the office, and even a kilogram of it was too much for my own home.

Pour out the remaining marinade and put it in the refrigerator for next use. I just used the leftovers from last time this time. Can be recycled.
