King oyster mushroom and stewed beans
Overview
King oyster mushrooms are readily available now. I like the texture and taste of king oyster mushrooms, so I often buy them home and enjoy them with various combinations. Pleurotus eryngii and green beans are stewed together, with aniseed and sweet noodle sauce added, simmered slowly over low heat, and the taste is very good. A home-cooked dish to go with the meal.
