【Shanghai】Confused Doll Bubble Bath Birthday Cake
Overview
The birthdays of these two little beauties happen to be on New Year’s Eve, so okay, the birthday cake must be bouble. I wish these two beauties a happy birthday! Two six-inch cake blanks were used, and there was still no decoration on the surface of the birthday cake, because there was no way, hey! But it doesn’t matter, we can use butter to draw silk threads, and we can draw butter threads with uniform thickness, which is also a small improvement!

Ingredients
Steps
-
First prepare two six-inch chiffon cake bases. I have written several recipes before about how to make chiffon cakes. You can refer to the previous recipes.
-
The ingredients used for an eight-inch cake can basically make two six-inch cakes, so I prepared them based on the ingredients used for the eight-inch cake. Look, the cake batter pours into two six-inch molds just right.
-
Preheat the oven in advance, put it in the middle and lower racks of the oven, and set it to 150 degrees for about 50 minutes. The baking temperature and time are for your reference, mainly based on the temperament of your own oven.
-
After baking, invert the cake to cool. Unmold it after it is completely cooled. I was lazy this time and only divided one cake into two slices. Fortunately, the cake was divided more evenly this time. Wrap the two dolls in plastic wrap respectively and put them into the cake later.
-
Whip 0.5 liters of cream until slightly stiff, leaving a small part of the white cream for filling and decoration. Use food coloring to adjust the rest of the cream to the color you are satisfied with. This part of the colored cream is used to finish the dough and drawing.
-
Spread cream on the cake slice, place yellow peach slices on it, then spread the cream on top to complete the cake filling.
-
Make a hole in the top cake piece to make room for the doll. Then use colored cream to smooth the surface as much as possible. It doesn't matter if it's not smooth, the brushed cream will cover it.
-
Put the remaining cream into a piping bag. Cut a small opening in the front of the piping bag. Do not cut the opening too large, otherwise the squeezed-out cream will be too thick and will not look good.
-
First, squeeze the cream strands on the side of the cake, and squeeze it up and down. The force should be even, and try not to pause, because I stopped halfway, and the cream piled up there. Of course, this is just my personal experience, friends are welcome to give me advice.
-
After squeezing the cream on the vertical surface, put the doll into the reserved hole, and then pipe the cream on the flat surface. Planes are easier to operate than elevations. It was too late and too sleepy, so I just put it in the refrigerator like this.
-
The next morning, use white butter to squeeze out round balls of different sizes on the cake, add a few sugar beads to decorate, and the bubble bath cake is complete! (The white buttercream is put into a piping bag and placed in the refrigerator the night before)
-
I packed it up and sent it to the little beauties. The two little beauties were so happy when they saw the birthday cake, and I was also happy!
