Braised pork ribs with radish
Overview
There are a lot of radishes at home, which is also troublesome. I have to find ways to consume them. The soup is quite delicious, but I am generally not interested in the residue in the soup, so I might as well stew it to avoid wasting it.

Peel the white radish and cut into large pieces.

Prepare some slices of ginger.

Boil water and cook the pork ribs to remove the foam.

Remove the ribs.

Heat oil in a pan, add pork ribs and ginger slices and stir-fry until lightly browned.

Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, oyster sauce and dark soy sauce, stir well.

Add water and add radish.

Bring to a boil and simmer in the refrigerator over low heat, stirring occasionally.

Stew until enough to collect the juice.
