Braised Beef Brisket
Overview
Braised beef brisket has tender meat, delicious taste and high nutritional value. The World Cup, held every four years, is here again, and I don’t know how many fans are attracted to it! Bao's father is also one of them. He has stayed up late to watch football for several days in a row. When he got up in the morning, he said he felt dizzy recently. So today I decided to share with you a unique braised beef brisket. The taste determines the leverage. The most important thing is to replenish my husband’s physical strength and energy.

Place the washed beef brisket on the chopping board and use a knife against the grain to cut into 3CM*3CM square pieces the size of walnuts;
-
Put an appropriate amount of water into the pot, heat it until the pot makes a sound and the water seems to be boiling, then add the chopped beef brisket pieces (add a tablespoon of cooking wine);
-
Blanch the beef brisket until it changes color and there is a lot of foam floating in the pot. Remove it, wash it and set aside;
-
Add a tablespoon of oil, add onion, ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant;
-
Pour in the beef brisket and stir-fry until the color turns white;
-
Add a spoonful of red wine and continue to stir-fry;
-
Add another 250ml of beer;
-
Add 900ml of water, with a spoon as shown in the picture, add half a spoon of dark soy sauce, 2 spoons of light soy sauce, and 1 spoon of oyster sauce. The amount of water should be about 30 mm higher than the meat. Bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer for 90 minutes;
-
When half of the soup is left in the pot, add carrots and potatoes and continue stewing;
-
When the soup is reduced to a shallow bottom of the pot, use chopsticks to easily insert the lean meat part
