1. 1 Steam the pumpkin in water and press it into puree

   

2. 2 Mix flour, baking powder and cinnamon sugar, stir well

   

3. 3 Add pumpkin puree, olive oil, pure maple syrup and vanilla extract and mix well

   

4. 4 Roll the pumpkin dough into a long strip and connect both ends to form a circle

   

5. 5 Place in the microwave for 2-3 minutes, or bake in a 180° oven for about 25 minutes

   

6. 6 After baking, top with chocolate sauce or coconut
