Scrape off any excess white fat from the skin of the meat.

Put the pot on the fire, add an appropriate amount of water, add onion, ginger, cooking wine, put the raw pig skin into the pot and cook for 15 minutes, take it out.

Cut the processed pork skin into small sections and cut into shreds.

Remove the leaves from the parsley, keep the stems, wash and cut into sections; cut the peppers into pepper rings with a diagonal knife; cut the ginger into shreds, peel the garlic and cut into slices.

Heat an appropriate amount of oil in a pot, add tempeh, shredded ginger, and garlic slices and stir until fragrant.

Pour in the pork skin, add cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, turn to high heat and stir-fry evenly.
