Overview
This is self-grinded tofu. Because I didn’t press it too firmly when I pressed it, there are some gaps in the middle. It’s not that realistic to make a finished product

Chop onion, ginger and garlic into mince

Put the minced onion, ginger and garlic into a bowl and add light soy sauce

Add salt, pepper, Sichuan pepper powder

Add the remaining brown sugar peanut powder from making the buns

Boil water in a pot, add salt, put the tofu in cold water and cook for five minutes

Remove the cooked tofu and slice it

Place each piece of tofu in the sauce bowl so that it is evenly coated with the sauce. After coating, place it in the bowl

After wrapping, pour the remaining sauce into the bowl of tofu, cover and marinate for ten minutes

Heat the pan and brush it with oil. When the oil is hot, add the tofu and fry one side. Flip and fry the other side
