Homemade kimchi
Overview
When I was a child, there was a room in my house filled with pickle jars. As I grew up, it was no longer easy to eat the delicious kimchi at home, so I tried to make kimchi myself. The kimchi jar has been there for several months, and it’s full of dishes coming in and out. Some time ago, I made a glass jar of rice wine and made a whole jar of pickled cabbage.
