Braised kelp
Overview
Kelp is rich in carbohydrates and low in protein and fat. Compared with green leafy vegetables, in addition to being rich in vitamin C, the crude protein, sugar, calcium, iron and other contents in kelp are several times or even ten times higher. The rich selenium content can effectively scavenge free radicals and resist cell aging. Therefore, kelp is an ideal food for mothers to replenish qi, nourish blood, beautify the skin, and lose weight healthily after childbirth. For office workers, kelp is also a good anti-radiation food... Many people have always known that bones are calcium supplements, but in fact, the calcium in bones is very small. A pound of bone stew is not as good as eating one or two kelp. This is a relatively simple method of stir-frying. If you don't like spicy food, you can omit the chili. The kelp is really beautiful and nourishing, delicious and not greasy... 😍😍
