Bought soft tofu soaked in salt water

Chop the garlic, green garlic and ginger into mince

Cut the tofu soaked for 10 minutes into small squares

Heat oil in a pan and sauté minced ginger and garlic

Add minced meat and stir-fry together, then add soy sauce to color

Add appropriate amount of water, and when the water boils, add tofu and cook together.

After two or three minutes, add salt and chicken essence to taste. When the tofu is cooked, sprinkle with green garlic, a little pepper and serve!
