Stir-fried cabbage with tofu
Overview
As the saying goes: cabbage and tofu keep you safe. Cabbage and tofu are a classic combination. Although they are two very common ingredients, eating more of them can make people healthy and safe. I have my own little trick for making this home-cooked dish, which is to fry it with meat oil (also known as lard, don’t blame me for not reminding you). It will definitely double the nutrition and deliciousness. If you don’t believe me, try it.

Heat a pan with cold oil, add tofu and fry it flat in the pan;

Fry one side until golden brown, then fry the other side until golden brown, then set aside;

Put a small spoonful of lard into the pot;

Put the cabbage inside and stir-fry;

When the cabbage changes color slightly, add the tofu and stir-fry;

Finally add salt to taste and stir-fry evenly;
