My mother would buy some and stew them from time to time. The delicious taste is still fresh in my mind. Even though there is a vegetable market now, it doesn’t make people feel at ease.   1. Wash the bean sprouts, cut the pork into strips, and tie the green onions into knots.

  2. Put oil in the pot, add green onions and ginger and sauté until fragrant.
