Simple home-cooked dish---Casserole with bean sprouts
Overview
I remember when I was a kid, there would often be people selling soybean sprouts on the street. Looking at the clear and bright bean sprouts, I thought they were good. My mother would buy some and stew them from time to time. The delicious taste is still fresh in my mind. Even though there is a vegetable market now, it doesn’t make people feel at ease. Really, I’d rather make some for myself when I have time. . . .
