Sesame chip cookies
Overview
A very simple biscuit, low in oil and sugar and slightly salty. It is suitable for snacks between meals or afternoon tea. No butter is used, so there is no need to worry about calories.

Prepare all materials

Collect the sifted low flour, high flour, white sesame seeds, sugar and salt in a basin and stir evenly

Add olive oil

Use a spatula to stir evenly. The flour will look like loose particles

Add milk

Mix by pressing to form a dough

Divide the dough into 2 parts and put them into plastic bags. Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a neat sheet. The size of the plastic bag is about 20*20

Place the dough in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. After taking it out, cut open the plastic bag and cut it into pieces of appropriate size with a roller cutter

Use a scraper to transfer the dough to the baking sheet

Prick the dough with a fork

Place in a preheated 150-degree oven on the middle rack for about 15 minutes
