Radish and mung bean dumplings
Overview
There is a very popular delicacy in my hometown, which is commonly known as fried radish balls - grate green radish into thin strips, mix it with mung bean noodles, season it, and fry it until it is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Although it is fried food, the taste is fresh and unique. Now some restaurants have begun to include this dish in their menus, along with a bowl of hot and sour soup, which is called spicy and sour radish balls. It has vegetables, soup, and can also be eaten as a meal. It is very popular. I just don’t know if mung bean noodles are used. When I saw the bright green radish on the market, I suddenly wanted to eat this radish ball, so I bought it and cooked it. I think fried food is always unhealthy, so it’s better to use less oil. Then I remembered the takoyaki mold pressed at the bottom of the box. It only takes about 1 tablespoon of oil to fry radish balls. Looking at the radish balls rolling in the takoyaki mold, I felt that the down-to-earth common people's food suddenly had a lot of fairy spirit, and I was immediately impressed by my creativity, haha
