Blanch the pork belly in cold water for 5 minutes, remove and wash away any scum.

Add water to the pot again, add pork belly, cooking wine, and ginger, and cook until 70 to 80% cooked.

Remove and let cool then cut into thin slices.

Apply dark soy sauce evenly.

Soak dried green radish in water and wash.

Heat oil in a pot, add dried radish and stir-fry, add salt and light soy sauce to taste.

Spread the meat slices on the bottom of the bowl.

Add fried dried radish.

Steam for 25 minutes.
