Raisin cheese bread
Overview
With the continuous improvement of living standards, many people like to make bread at home. Bread is consumed relatively quickly in our family, no matter breakfast, afternoon tea, a piece of bread or a glass of milk. Convenient, fast, healthy and nutritious.

Steps
-
Put the eggs, water, salt, milk powder, fine sugar, flour, and yeast in the ingredients into the chef or bread machine, and start the dough mixing mode
-
Knead the dough until a thicker film can be pulled out (you can also observe that the dough is smoother), add softened butter, and continue to start the dough mode
-
Continue kneading until the dough is smooth and elastic. Take a small piece and pull out a large film. In this state, it is not enough to make toast, but it is perfectly fine to make ordinary bread.
-
Take it out and round it slightly, put it in a basin, cover it with plastic wrap, and let it ferment in a warm place until it is 2.5 times in size. When the fermentation volume is about the same, dip your fingers in a little flour and poke a hole in the dough. If the hole does not shrink back, it means the dough is fermented
-
Pat the surface of the dough gently to release the air, take it out and divide it into three equal parts. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 10 minutes
-
Take a piece of dough, roll it into an oval shape with a rolling pin, add raisins (you can leave it out if you don’t like it, adjust it according to your own taste), use your fingers to thin the lower side of the dough and roll it up
-
Place the shaped dough in the mold to prepare for secondary fermentation.
-
When the dough has fermented until it has doubled in size, brush a thin layer of whole egg liquid on the surface and spread it with sliced cheese (you can also sprinkle some chopped green onion if you like)
-
Place the fermented bread into the middle and lower racks of the preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes
-
Place the baked bread on the grill to cool
