Wash the green vegetables and blanch them in boiling water. (Put a little salt in the water)

Heat the oil in a pan, add an egg and fry a poached egg.

First brush a layer of oil on the casserole, pour the rice into it and press it tightly. Slice the sausage and spread it on the rice.

Pour half a bowl of water over the rice.

Cover and simmer the sausage over medium-low heat until you can hear a crackling sound in the pot.

While the rice is simmering, take a small bowl, add one tablespoon of oil and one tablespoon of light soy sauce, and add 50ml of water to make a sauce.

After the sausage is cooked, put the poached eggs and vegetables into the casserole.

Pour in the sauce, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.

The finished product tastes really good.
