Onion-flavored flower rolls

A simple and delicious Chinese breakfast, it is very convenient to use the kneading and fermentation function of the bread machine.

Weigh the flour and add the milk powder.

Prepare the yeast

Add water to the bread machine and add the above ingredients. Activate the dough function. (Automatic stirring, kneading, proofing and fermentation)

While the bread machine is running, chop the green onions and ham sausage into small cubes and set aside.

When the bread machine is finished, take it out. The dough has doubled in size.

Roll the dough into a thin rectangle.

Brush with olive oil

Sprinkle with chopped green onion and diced ham sausage

Sprinkle some sesame seeds

Finally, sprinkle salt evenly on the dough

Roll into long strips. Cut into small sections with a knife. Then take 2 small sections and stack them up and down, and press down hard with chopsticks in the middle. (I forgot to take pictures here)

Make small flower rolls one by one~

Place in the steamer and let rise for 15 minutes. Turn on high heat and steam for 15 minutes, then turn off the heat. Do not open the lid immediately, let it simmer for 3 minutes.
