Eat dumplings during the Winter Solstice - the delightful Jade Steamed Dumplings
Overview
Today is the winter solstice. I believe every household is busy making dumplings and eating dumplings! I went to the supermarket to buy vegetables early in the morning and saw that the meat selling place was crowded with people. I thought that I had eaten dumplings stuffed with radish and fresh meat a few days ago, so I might as well try something unique and appetizing today! Seeing that leek is very fresh and refreshing, then this is it. Chive yolk and egg filling, mixed with some sesame sesame oil, it smells delicious just thinking about it! When I got home, I saw that there were still some unused noodles I bought before, so I changed my mind and made super beautiful jade steamed dumplings. I believe it is very tempting just to look at them! Looking at this plate of beautiful dumplings, it looks like an attractive piece of jade, so crystal clear that it makes people reluctant to eat it...
