Bacon Fried Rice
Overview
A few days ago, I went to the supermarket with Mr. Lou and suddenly saw bacon on sale, so I bought a box of it. It is used in many recipes. I happened to have used it at home and planned to buy it on Taobao. The weather is hot and I don’t have much appetite when I get up early. I don’t like to make troubles, so I will have fried rice. To be honest, it is difficult to make a meal for two people. I don’t know what to eat when I get up in the morning. A fried rice will save trouble and is rich and delicious. Generally, no matter how hungry people are, they will be full after cooking...especially in summer...

Prepare all the ingredients. You can change them according to your own taste. I happen to have them at home

Cut the bacon into even pieces and set aside

Mince the garlic and mince the onions

Cut the chili into small cubes. If you don’t like chili, just replace it with dry chili that is not spicy

Cut onions, carrots, and mustard into even dices

Chop green onions and set aside

Prepare a bowl of overnight rice

Heat oil in a pan, add minced garlic and onion and saute until fragrant

Add the chopped chilies and saute until fragrant

Add bacon slices and continue to stir-fry

Stir-fry for a while, add carrots and minced green pepper, stir-fry evenly

Add the prepared overnight rice and be sure to stir-fry it evenly so that the rice is fully colored
