Garlic Chili Sauce
Overview
In the past, hot sauce was bought and eaten. Now that I can make it myself, I often make a little. Since homemade hot sauce does not have any additives, you cannot make too much at one time. It is very convenient to make something fresh and eat it now.

Prepare raw materials: fresh red pepper, bean paste, salt, sugar, MSG, garlic

Clean and cut the peppers into large pieces and set aside

Put the chili into a blender and add 1 tablespoon each of bean paste, salt, sugar, rice vinegar

Stir the chilies and all seasonings into a fine chili sauce

Put the stirred chili sauce into the wok and heat

Bring the chili sauce to a boil over low heat and stir-fry constantly so as not to burn the bottom

Let the water in the chili sauce dry up and let it cool. Make sure it is completely cool. Add the MSG and minced garlic and mix well

Remove from the pan, bottle and refrigerate for short term consumption
