  1. Prepare ingredients and wash leeks.

  2. Cut the phyllo tofu into cubes, or cut it into strips or other shapes according to your preference.

  3. Cut the leeks into 3cm long sections.

  4. Heat a frying pan with a spoon of 80% oil, spread the phyllo tofu on a flat surface and fry over medium heat until one side is golden brown.

  5. Fry the other side while the tofu expands.

  6. When both sides are golden brown, add light soy sauce, oyster sauce and salt and stir-fry.

  7. Add the leeks, stop the heat and stir-fry.

  8. Use the remaining heat to stir-fry the leeks until soft and serve.
