Soy Milk Guiling Cream
Overview
It’s been a while since I’ve eaten Guiling jelly. I remembered that in Zhaoqing, I and some of my close classmates would occasionally go to a herbal tea shop not far from the school to buy a cup of Guiling jelly. A small cup costs 4 yuan, which is quite luxurious for me. The bitter Guiling jelly is not hard to swallow... In fact, there are many brands of Guiling jelly for sale in supermarkets, but it is neither bitter nor authentic, so I don’t like to eat it. There are Guiling jelly in the market, but I will buy the Guiling jelly powder in the supermarket. The Guiling jelly powder I bought this time feels good. It smells like a medicine when it is cooked, and it is bitter when eaten. It is different from the Guiling jelly powder I usually eat. The difference is that this time I used Guiling paste made from soy milk made by Joyoung Q1 soymilk machine. I used the soy milk to make Guiling paste powder, and then soaked the shaped Guiling paste in the soy milk. It gave me the feeling of burning grass jelly milk tea.
