Soften the butter, sift in the powdered sugar and low-gluten flour, mix until the dry powder disappears, wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes;

Take out the dough and divide it into 2 parts, use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a dough of more than 2mm;

Spread it flat on the tart pan and press it into shape with your hands;

Cover the baking stone with parchment paper, preheat the oven to 180 degrees, and bake for 20 minutes;

Mousse making: melt the chocolate in heat-insulated water;

When the melted chocolate reaches room temperature, pour in the light cream and stir slowly until smooth;

Add milk and continue stirring;

The gelatine tablets need to be soaked in cold water until soft, then add 15 grams of water in the formula and melt with insulated water;

Add the gelatine solution to the chocolate mousse liquid and stir until smooth;

Pour into the baked tart shell and refrigerate for 2 hours.
