Wash the chicken legs and prick a few holes with toothpicks. This will make them more flavorful when marinated and less likely to cause the skin to burst when grilled.

Add scallions, shredded ginger, 1 tablespoon cooking wine, 2 tablespoons oyster sauce, 2 tablespoons very fresh, mix well, marinate in the refrigerator overnight, and bake it the next day, which will make it more delicious.

In the first step of baking, put it in the microwave on high heat for 7 minutes. This will allow the inside of the chicken legs to mature first, which can shorten the baking time in the oven and prevent the chicken legs from being burnt on the outside and not cooked inside.
