The small intestine is cleaned.

Cut into approximately 4cm length. Don't cut it too short, otherwise the small intestine will shrink when cooked and cannot wrap the lotus seeds.

Soak the lotus seeds in warm water beforehand.

Stuff the soaked lotus seeds into the small intestine.

Boil the water in a pot of boiling water, first to remove the fishy smell, and secondly to remove the mucus.

Put the blanched small intestines into the stew pot and add a little cooking wine and ginger.

If not eating immediately after stewing for an hour, keep it warm.

Let it warm before eating, add a spoonful of honey and stir evenly. Honey must be added when the soup is warm, otherwise the nutrients of honey will be destroyed.
