Overview
Radish vegetable croquettes are golden and green in color, crisp and fragrant in texture, delicious and refreshing. They are an indispensable dish on my family’s New Year’s Eve dinner table. It's also my mother's food. She likes to be vegetarian. There are a lot of carrots and greens on the New Year's Eve dinner table. The colors are attractive and they taste quite delicious. It is said that the beginning of spring has passed and is suitable for nourishing the liver. In this season, you should be less jealous, drink more honey, and eat more green vegetables.

Wash and peel the fruit radish
