Rich original egg yolk cake

I took over a pile of egg yolks, and from the looks of it, there seemed to be a little protein in them. With no egg yolk plan in mind, find a familiar way to get rid of it - egg rolls! But, are there any egg rolls with pure egg yolk? There was no such thing as there is today, and there is no precedent for setting a precedent. . . . On second thought, rolling egg rolls is a bit troublesome, so why not. . . . Doesn’t a certain brand have a small pancake?
