  1. Put the other ingredients except butter into the bread machine and start the dough program! When finished, add butter and start the dough process again.

  5. Place the dough in the oven, adjust the temperature to 45 degrees for secondary fermentation, and take it out when it doubles in size.   6. Bake in the oven at about 170 for 10 minutes. You can control the time. Bake until the color is golden and you can take it out!

  7. Turn the baked dough over onto another piece of baking paper and score a few cuts on the back with a knife to make it easier to spread the salad dressing! Then spread salad dressing and sprinkle pork floss.
