Overview

This should be an authentic Northeastern dish, but the ingredients used are readily available everywhere. I am a boy and I prefer cooking dishes with simple craftsmanship. I think most boys are like this. This dish is delicious and healthy without adding a drop of oil.

  1. Process the spine, potatoes, beans, and fresh corn and put them into the Addi pot.

  2. Add all the above ingredients and seasonings (except salt and MSG) and mix evenly. (Do not add a drop of water or oil. If you like it spicy, you can add dry red pepper).

  3. Pressurize for 30-40 minutes. After the pressure is released, open the lid and add salt and MSG to taste.
