Seasoning preparation: salt, sugar, MSG, chicken essence, five-spice powder.

Oyster sauce, tomato sauce, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce

Wash potatoes and broccoli and set aside.

Peel the potatoes with a hob and cut into thumb-sized pieces. Cut broccoli into florets.

Blanch the potatoes.

Blanch broccoli.

Wash and dry the tofu and set aside.

Cut into mahjong-sized irregular pieces with a diagonal knife.

Over fried Jesus.

Heat the oil pan, first add the tomato paste and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the potatoes and dried tofu and stir-fry. Add salt, sugar, MSG, chicken essence, five-spice powder, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, and light soy sauce. Add an appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil over high heat, then turn down to low heat and add the cooked meat, cook the potatoes to add flavor, then turn to high heat to collect the juice.

To fry eggs, first crack them into a small bowl.

Grease the frying pan and mold with oil and preheat.

Turn to low heat, slowly pour the eggs into the mold, and sprinkle with a little salt.

Once the eggs are set, remove the mold.

Put the steamed rice on a plate and top with the cooked meat, eggs, and broccoli. You're done.
