Cold seaweed shreds
Overview
As the weather gets cooler, there are more meats and vegetables on the table, and my weight has increased rapidly. In order to maintain my figure, I have recently customized a weight loss meal for myself. Salad kelp shreds are my favorite vegetarian dish. It is simple and easy to make, has low calories and can be eaten all you want. Children's shoes who want to lose weight, hurry up and start mixing together!

Soak the kelp shreds in advance and wash them thoroughly
