Stir-fried bacon and garlic sprouts
Overview
Every year I make some bacon, and my friends will give some to each other to try out the flavors of each family's bacon. Each family's bacon has its own unique characteristics and aroma. After eating, everyone will share their cooking methods and experiences. This is native pig bacon given by a friend. When I got it back, I couldn't wait to make a dish to try. The texture and taste are excellent, moderately salty, and the more you chew, the more delicious it gets!
