Yam, red dates and local chicken soup
Overview
A friend went to the mountains and brought us a native chicken. I felt that it would be a pity to braise or stew mushrooms. Native chicken is still best for stewing soup. Stewing native chicken soup does not require too many seasonings, just stew it plainly, add iron yam, red dates, some wolfberry and enough time. You can stew chicken soup that is rich in nutrients, rich in aroma, and delicious in taste.
